The welcome offer for new players

New Shuffle accounts can get a welcome package in one of three forms: a 100% deposit bonus, a 200% deposit bonus, or a no deposit bonus. Which one you get depends on the affiliate you sign up with, and the rules are strict:

How VIP XP works on Shuffle

VIP progress is measured in experience points, earned automatically as you wager:

• Casino games: 1 XP per $1 wagered.
• Sports, esports and novelty bets: 3 XP per $1 wagered on bets at odds of 1.10 or higher.

That 3x rate makes the sportsbook the fastest route through the VIP levels. Wagering in SHFL, Shuffle's own token, adds extra perks on top, including a boosted weekly airdrop and higher values on several recurring bonuses. Your XP and current level are shown in the VIP panel on the site.

The main recurring bonuses

Daily, weekly, pre-monthly, mid-month and monthly

These are activity-based rewards that land in your VIP panel at the times in the table. The daily bonus resets at midnight UTC, the weekly bonus arrives every Thursday morning UTC, and the monthly bonus on the first Friday of the month. The pre-monthly bonus usually appears about a week before the monthly; the mid-month booster comes around the middle of the month without an announced date.

Instant rakeback

Unlocked at Bronze, rakeback is a fixed 5% that you can claim whenever you like. It accrues as you play, so claiming daily keeps the balance working for you.

Higher-tier bonuses (Sapphire and up)

Lossback bonus

From Sapphire, Shuffle pays a lossback bonus after significant losses, and it can be earned again and again as you play. Note that we pay 5% weekly lossback to every player under code SOLOMON, at any VIP level, so you do not have to wait for Sapphire to get losses back.

7-day reload bonus

Sapphire and higher players can request a reload bonus once a week. Ask your VIP host or support when you are eligible.

The level-up promotion

Shuffle is currently running a boosted level-up promotion, so hitting a new VIP milestone pays a noticeably bigger package than usual. Each new level also comes with a recent-play bonus. If you are close to the next rank, this is the time to push for it.
